Reform Recovery features two private contrast therapy suites, each equipped with a premium traditional sauna reaching temperatures of 180–200°F, a cold plunge chilled to 37°F, and a private shower. Reform Recovery's two NormaTec compression stations deliver full-body sequential pneumatic compression — boots for the legs and feet, hip attachments for the glutes and lower back, and arm sleeves for the upper extremities — all controlled through the NormaTec app for a fully customized compression protocol. Each station features a Human Touch Gravis zero-gravity massage chair with built-in air massage and heat therapy, so your body is simultaneously receiving compression therapy and therapeutic massage in a fully decompressed, legs-above-heart position.
