Lihi Leibovich

Licensed Massage Therapist & Performance Bodywork Practitioner

Lihi is a performance bodywork practitioner and licensed massage therapist with over 21 years of experience helping people move and feel better in their bodies. Her work blends deep tissue therapy, sports-specific treatment, and functional movement restoration with PEMF technology, giving patients a recovery approach that goes beyond relief to address how the body actually functions. Over her career, Lihi has worked with athletes across high school, collegiate, and professional levels — including NFL, NBA, and golf tour clients — as well as the HYROX and CrossFit communities, bringing that same level of care to every patient she treats. An athlete herself, she understands recovery from both sides of the table, combining a practitioner's precision with a competitor's instinct for what the body needs to keep performing. Lihi is proud to bring this expertise to Reform's team, supporting patients' care alongside chiropractic treatment.

Daniella Rivka

Neuro Restorative Specialist | Personal Trainer, NASM-CPT, Certified Paralysis Recovery Specialist

Daniella earned her B.S. in Rehabilitation & Disability Studies from Springfield College in 2009 and her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from N.Y.I.T. in 2013. Her early career began in cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, where she quickly discovered her true calling in neuro recovery, pursuing a holistic, creative, client-centered approach that extended well beyond the traditional medical model. She went on to serve as Lead Specialist for nearly a decade at an activity-based rehabilitation center in New Jersey, working alongside individuals rebuilding their lives after some of the most serious neurological injuries imaginable.

That decade of experience, and the relationships she built along the way, ultimately led her to co-found The Neu Gym, an adaptive fitness and rehabilitation space built around the belief that recovery should nurture not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Daniella brings that same philosophy to Reform: every session is intentional, every goal is meaningful, and every client is met exactly where they are. She is NASM-certified in personal training and nutrition (in progress), holds a Certified Paralysis Recovery Specialist credential, and continues to advance her expertise in adaptive and neurological rehabilitation. For individuals navigating spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, or other neurological conditions, Daniella doesn’t just train you, she helps you redefine what’s possible.
